What's the status of the 7th Avenue Autopark? Between Telus Sky and 225 6th, that block becomes even more desperate for redevelopment.

58 stories. Mixed commercial (bottom) and residential (top)

Tall, many, and the top part is residential.

Not really a fan of Imperial bashing on the basis that they decided to locate in Quarry park. Imperial probably made the right move for their own situation. It's not an oil company's duty to make a pretty building downtown. It's just nice when it makes sense for them and the result is something that's nice to look at.
