That's the asking price, and the fact that they didn't trade him to Calgary means that Feaster wasn't offering that much. Glad we didn't get him for #6, but he would have instantly made us a much better team. He didn't play well in the playoffs, but a few games while he was at less than 100% means a lot less to me than everything else that he's shown in college and the NHL. NJ just got a very good goalie.

With Morissey and Morin gone I hope they will select Robert Hagg. He's exactly the type of player Flames need - reliable, 1st paring dman, can log tons of minutes. None of his skills is top notch but I'd say he's really good at everything one could ask from a defender.

I noticed how sincerely warm all owners, managers, scouts and coaches are to Bettman. Not just politemess, bur real friendliness. He must be extremely well respected by all up there.

Quick question....why do some of the teams have the players names on their jerseys that they draft and some teams don't.
Is it because they have two jerseys prepared. One for the player they want and a generic one if they pick a different player?
