Not too much to say this is biggest draft in history for Flames

Committed to rebuilding through draft

Have Joey MaCdonald, Reto Berra is under contract coming into the mix, Ramo is gonna get done, Ortio had a great year and is coming over, going into camp with 4 guys

No one can replace Kipper but should be a good battle

Lots of prospects coming up in international play that are Flames prospects, Gaudreau Wotherspoon touched on

8 Picks through 7 rounds is important, big draft for us.

Top prospects from europe, Barkov is a guy he is bringing up, great prospect, one of the best in the last few years coming out of europe

Every team has their own list, value players differently

They are considering moving down if the players they want aren't there

Going 3 for 1 is a potential, would have to be for a top pick though

Willing to talk about all possibilities

Too me the perfect draft day is the following:

Keep the two picks that teams are calling about -- 22/6

Trade 28 down for two 2nds and a 4th to San Jose -- 49/50/111

Trade one of our Prospects and Roster players + later picks to a team like Columbus for a first:

Stempniak + Granlund + 135 (from columbus orig.)+ 111 (san Jose)

for

19th overall

Go into the first round still with 3 round picks -- 22/19/6

Draft skill/grit -- Nichushkin/Hartman/Ristolainen (I think he'll fall with all the forwards out there)
