Jay Feaster has mentioned a few times that he would like for the first round picks to come and compete for a job at training camp. Which prospects have a legitimate chance of making the team?

Who are some of the more developed prospects in terms of readiness at the 22nd and 28th slots?

My guesses:

Lazar
Erne
Zykov

Could any of these fellers be the next O'Rielly?

I am really hoping for Hartman. I just don't think you can go wrong with the package he brings.

I can't see any defenseman making the team. However, these may be a few that are more ready than others:

Teams ahead of the Sabres who figure to have some interest in Fucale as well include the Devils at No. 9 (they need to develop a propsect behind Martin Brodeur at some point, right?), the Flyers at No. 11 and the Islanders at No. 15. But if the Sabres keep the No. 16 pick -- and that's a big if -- Fucale seems to be a legitimate option.

Some buzz in Swedish media about Robert Hägg on the grounds that he's been interviewed by 26 NHL-clubs. He's also been invited to extra tests with Sabres (twice!) and Devils.

He's currently ranked somewhere round 10-15 but maybe Sabres might pick him earlier than that.
