Montreal was also late a day dropping a few extra players. I wonder if that is just a guideline or set in stone.

I read something this morning that said they filed their cuts to the league by the deadline and as long as they do that then it doesn't matter when they release the information to the public

That sounds like a whole lot of BS but the league has no power to do anything so saves face.

The Esks bragged about practicing entrances doubtful they don't run to media once cuts are made.
