This isn't about me getting my house fixed...that's a different argument. And I understand what you are saying, I spend half the year being short of electricians but this is a different thing altogether.
That said....it is a huge challenge....there just aren't going to be any sealed bids.

Agreed, for example the Flames owners had the best Water pumps ready onsite. Water is almost 100% pumped out of the facility.
Flames also have high amount of dedicated resources to micro manage the job... They can find a quick solution.

The sad part of it, I believe that was still the original suit from 1983 and being that Harvey was the first NHL mascot, that's another loss of a piece of history. Hopefully they can clean it up enough that it goes on display at the HHOF.

Apparently the Harvey head they found at the dome is the backup costume:
James Callsen @jamescallsen 4m Just received word that @SCIMascots has the real Harvey tucked away. The horrific picture was a back up. They'll fix him up new too!
