Harmon has not watched any of Season 4, but he doesn't anticipate doing anything in Season 5 that would invalidate what happened in Season 4.
Quote:
"At the same time, I'm going to look at this thing and I don't think it would be very Community of me to negate anything," he continues. "Season three was weird, season two was weird, season one was weird; they're all weird. So if season four was weird in a different way, season's five job is to reveal that all four of those weird things add up to some weird hip-hop dance that when you put it on a loop, you go, 'Oh, I get it!'"

They could have easily let Community die, but chose to try to revive it by bringing back Harmon, so they've asked for everything that goes along with him.
I got really bored and searched imdb.com for the top/bottom 3 episodes.
Top 3 were
1) Modern Warfare (Season 1 paintball)
2) Remedial Chaos Theory (the "time lines" episode)
3) A Fistful of Paintballs (the first part of Season 2 paintball)
Bottom 3 were:
1) Economics of Marine Biology (Season 4...I don't even remember this one)
2) Intro to Felt Surrogacy (I haven't seen this one, but the puppets episode)
3) Alternative History of the German Invasion (Season 4)
Honourable mention goes to Messianic Myths and Ancient Peoples from Season 2.
Other interesting trends:
- In terms of seasonal quality, the order appears to be 2 > 3 > 1 > 4.
- To my disappointment, the Dungeons and Dragons episode wasn't extremely highly rated. Nor the zombie episode.
