conversely, with limited supply, maybe they are trying to incentivize people to only buy what they need.

that is horrible of that business. I bought 4 flats from 7-11 last night.
This kind of gauging could be investigated and maybe they get fined. Keep that receipt.

That's BS.. People who own that place live right beside me. I'm going to go over to Kimmer and check it out. That place is always expensive though.

If that's the case, perhaps they should ration rather than increase prices

If anyone is seriously looking for water and cant find any at their grocery stores, check Shoppers drug mart. They had a TON when I went to get some stuff an hour ago.
Co-op and safeway were both sold out.

If that is the case, call the media. That is ridiculous. I paid less than $20 for the same at safeway.
Edit- more than 20 with deposits, but not much.

Actually, I think this is for the employees and their families. I shouldn't make assumptions.

If I bought that much, I'd be taking it down to the Drop-In Centre.

I bought water from WalMart last night , was about $6 a flat with deposit. We picked up 3 flats
Wife was upset we didn't buy more, and I assured her that the rest of our 60L water storage was more than enough.

We're staying put for the time being. I don't like the idea of driving right now. But I'm keeping an eye on the city news blog to see if anything changes. Won't be surprised if we get told to go.

If it was at a grocery store their weekly deal may have ended on Thursday and not be applicable on Friday.
