Yup, last text from my bro was the power was off. They shut down phones to save battery. They moved the car out of the u/g parking yesterday afternoon, but it has since floated away.

I don't think it was racist; there aren't really a large population of African-Canadians in NE Calgary, it was more a jab at the overall socio-economic nature of the NE area (poorer), whom are more inclined to loot.
