Seen photos of water on the streets on 11th Ave from 4th street east... not sure if it's gone west of there or not.

River Grande? Yeah that's what my condo is in too, on the 3rd floor so it should be ok, but staying there just seems risky. Can't get out, can't get food/water.. electricity shut off probably. Crazy.
Haven't heard from my tenant, hope he's ok.
