Does anyone recall if Bobrovsky was part of the field on Bodog at the beginning of the season? Or how you check?

If so, I won $1,650 on a $50 bet. I don't want to get my hopes up, but he sounds like a field type of pick.

Edit: I found it (I actually posted it). So unless I don't know the rules, I think I did win.

Yup, just paid out. My Bodog account is at $1,700!!
Balance: CA$ 1700.00

anyone surprised to see Subban win didn't watch enough Habs games this season. He was outstanding. Total BS to see Ovechkin get the Hart. Crosby deserves it, same amount of points with how many less games played? Ridiculous.

How about he learns how to play a full season first? The Hart is MVP... Tough to be that showing up for half a season.

AO just won it after taking the first half of the season off.

If you go by the spirit of the award, Ovie was the most valuable player to his team. Once he got going, so did the Caps.
Pittsburgh locked up the East without Crosby in the last quarter of the season.

The Hart is more about points and number of games. Ovechkin matters more to the overall success of the team than Crosby. When Crosby is out, players like Malkin step up and have been shown to carry the team. Not the same when Ovechkin is out or not playing well. Ovechkin is more valuable to his team, but Crosby is the better overall player.

Am I the only one that thinks Tavares should have won the Hart? That team would be absolute #### without him.

Because you're such an objective observer!

I thought you gave up on the NHL when they screwed the Habs in the playoffs harder than any team has ever been screwed by putting one faceoff on the wrong side of the ice?

Unreal that Tavares did not get the Hart. The Isles are nowhere near the playoffs without him.

I would have preferred Tavares for Hart, Suter for Norris, Gallagher for Calder. Subban did have an amazing year however, so I can live with that. The Flames should pick his younger brother in the 2013 draft...

Caps would not be anywhere near the playoffs without Ovechkin playing the way he did for the 2nd half of the season, so I don't get how you could make that argument for Tavares without making it for Ovechkin.

The Caps would not be anywhere out of the playoffs without Ovechkin playing the way he did for the 1st half of the season.

And more importantly the Caps wouldn't have been in the playoffs at all if not for playing in the division they did. They won only 7 games against the eventual playoff teams going 7-13-1 against them. Fortunately, they got to play in the division that had the 3 worst teams in the conference and happened to play the Jets mostly during their big collapse going 15-3 against their division.

If the Hart winner had to be from the Capitals it should have gone to location and not Ovechkin.

Bobrovski was HORRIBLE with the Flyers. Always way too deep in his net; bad rebounds. He always looks tiny in his net. I didn't watch many bluejackets games, and doubt anyone really did. In a short season, I'd say his numbers are complete luck. We'll see how he does next year, when people are paying attention.

This proves my point. No player is as valuable to his team as Ovechkin is. As Ovechkin goes, so do the Capitals.

Bs Tavares is much more key to his team and Crosby is so much better than both.

As mentioned above the NHL schedule maker is the Capitals MVP this year.
