Im still blown away how bad Dan Bylsma is coaching this team vs Boston. James Neal needs to get his butt sat on the bench. The PP is 0 for this entire series. Change something! Jesus.
Iginla had less ice time than Matt Cooke. By a long shot. Thats embarrassing.
Because at this point, if Iggy isnt scoring goals he brings nothing to the game, at least Cooke does something.

Iginla was horrible. worst player on the ice, slow as all hell. up until his great deke to the net, but that was it. Cooke was flying out there, albeit much less skilled.
I say that and i was cheering for Jarome all night.

Still longer than anybody who jumped on the Pens bandwagon since the trade.
And being on the Pens bandwagon has a really legit reason, don't you think? All the years people loved Iggy in Calgary, now they turn around and cheer against him.
Odd.

I wonder if Iginla is kicking himself in the arse right now...
IMO, Iginla still made the right choice in choosing Pittsburgh over Boston as they were the better team in the regular season. So by him doing that, it gave the Bruins the incentive to prove to Iginla that he made the wrong choice.
Because at this point, if Iggy isnt scoring goals he brings nothing to the game, at least Cooke does something.
Iginla led all players on Pitt with 6 hits. He brings a lot more to the game than any other forward except for Malkin, Crosby. Hes slowed down a lot, but the guy has a killer shot. He has not been able to show case it because of bad coaching.

Your whining has reached Crosby-esque levels, that's why people cheer against Pittsburgh.

The only thing embarrassing is that some of CP still thinks that Iggy can play like its 2004. Neal is not playing well and is still better than Iggy. Cooke is bringing more to the table than Iggy buy a long shot.
That said even though i am going for Boston, i still wish Iggy had scored on that great move in the 2nd OT.

If Iginla still had that killer shot tonight he would have had more than one shot on net in almost 5 periods of action. Iginla had plenty of opportunities tonight and didn't capitalize. Don't go and blame Bylsma for not playing him enough.
