I think a lot of people just want the Penguins to lose, then hopefully the Bruins lose in the finals to the winner of the Kings/Blackhawks series.

Just never been a fan of the Pens, even with Iginla in the lineup.

Ironically, if the refs call a penalty on the obvious sloughfoot by Orpik on Lucic on the previous possession, that hit likely doesn't happen. Lucic was incensed, was hard on the forecheck, huge hit by a bigger man.

That stuff really makes my blood boil. You don't want to think it's because of the team or player in question, but damn sometimes it sure seems like it. That should have been a penalty hands down. It might not have changed the game or the series, doesn't matter they need call those hits consistently.

Cooke has probably been the Pens most consistent forward this round, so I think he's earned the extra time. Neal has played like crap though, maybe he's still injured?

The Hawks won't make it. Darryl is going to full sutter them out of the playoffs.

The Kings can't touch the Bruins though. 4-0 Bruins in the finals, unless the league starts paging the refs again.

You know how hockey works, you predicted it yourself.
The Kelly trip was immediately nullified by the Orpik high stick. That high stick might not be called (believe it or not) if there was no Bruin penalty first.

Then there's a delay of game and then a marginal too many men to even that up. After that the refs decided they would call nothing.

It's consistent alright, consistently bad. Hockey's the only sport that does this.

Who says LA won't make it to the finals? They have an uphill climb but it could happen. I'd MUCH rather see D. Sutter and the Kings win than the Bruins or Hawks.
