Neither the article, nor the Principal's letter says anything about who was suspended or why, other than, it was clear the intervenor was not suspended, where you stated it was a "fact" he was.
You have a tendency to overstate opinions of all kinds of things as facts. This was just an easy to prove example; in your sports-related comments the evidence is harder to put together in one place. I think you tend to post opinions as fact, often without thinking or verifying, and my opinion is it hurts this board as a whole.

How is this stating anything as fact? I clearly say that I doubt they suspended the kid in a headlock which means I am not presenting it as fact at all. If I said it was a fact why include the doubt part explaining my reasoning for why I thought the kid was suspended?

This really has nothing to do with the thread and is not based in fact at all. Considering your incorrect whining about facts in the post it is pretty funny though. I would say posting crap about posters that has nothing to do with them hurts the board much more than any made up BS you have about me.

No again I think that a full investigation can be done without checking the locker of the kid who stepped in.

Real question is what the hell is going on that one kid has another kid in a headlock and then pulls out a knife, in the classroom, and the teacher doesn't notice.

And again, what you are saying is that in your world a full investigation leaves out an investigation into one of three people involved. You sound like you'd make a great detective.
And btw, when you say "the kid who jumped in to stop bullying was suspended" it is a statement of fact, albeit an erroneous one.

Probably more to the story but it looks like the knife wielding bully and the kids that got bullied were suspended. probably not a case of bullying than?

The letter also clarifies that:
The student that reportedly intervened was called to the principal's office but was not disciplined in any way.
Two students were suspended due to their actions in the incident.

Where have I once said to the leave the kid out? I said I don't think searching his locker is needed. By not searching his locker that isn't leaving him out of any investigation.
When I say the kid who stepped in to stop bullying it is because that is the easiest way to identify him.

Your words, now brought to page 3 since you can't seem to remember them from page 1.

It depends. Could be the knife kid had some sort of accomplice. Could also be a case of bullying where the kid being bullied told the principal he started it. He could have also played a part of it as well. I know when I used to get bullied I often would overstate my involvement; as that would often get that one bully off my back for a while.

Nope, it's just doing an incomplete one, which seems to be acceptable to you.
