I'm the only one who doesn't want Iggy to win because of Matt Cooke. However if Cooke suffers a career ending injury in the series i will root for the Pens!
Goooo karma!

Please Bertuzzied tell us one more time that you're cheering against Pittsburgh because you hate Matt Cooke. The first 34 times didn't register.

Bartkowski and Krugg are having a great playoff's considering they are call ups. If Ference comes back, it will be interesting to see which of the 2 gets the pressbox? Krugg has gotten some timely goals for Boston, but Bartkowski seems to play 5-6 minutes more than Krugg and against tougher competition. Looks like Hamilton is not even in the discussion at this point.

Both teams have tonnes of depth on offense. Goaltending is pretty much a wash. That being said, I like the Bruins D over the Pens.

Boston in 7.

If it means Iggy gets a cup, I have no issues cheering for Cooke. You the man Cookie! Out dirty the dirty Bruins!

Could be the series of the playoffs as far as excitement goes, as of now that one is still held by SLT vs LA for me. This one really could go either way, regardless of who wins I expect no less than 6 and likely 7 games. If I had to pick I'd give the nod to the Bruins as they finally seem to have their act together.

"Cooke only became dirty AFTER he left the Canucks!" hahahahhahahaha I love our Canuck fans on here.

And the Bruins aren't dirty.

Brad Marchand makes the Bruins one of the dirtiest teams in the league.

It's apples to oranges in this case. The Pens have Cooke, the Bruins have Marchand. Even add Thornton to the mix and the Bruins have more dirt on their team than the Pens.

Yep, and Marty McSorely only became a hack when he went to L.A. according to my hopeless Greaser fan buddies. And the Bruins are dirty.

This is a great piece. I did not know that Vokoun has OCD, the fact that he has had such a solid career with that disorder as a goaltender is quite impressive. I've always liked Vokoun even going back to his days on the Preds, his fight with Kiprusoff comes to mind. He's a competitor and he seems to be quite the humble guy, those are the kind of people you want to root for. I wasn't exactly sure who I'd be pulling for in the Eastern Conference Finals, but I am now.

Other than piss everyone off how is Marchand dirty? Like speedbagging sedin in the face? I don't recall any slew foots, elbows or hits from behind from him. and even if he did, he is not effing matt cooke. he's never ended anyone's career. It would be more like apples to durians.

That said i have only watched like 6 Bruins games this season..

Well there was the hip check turtling to the knees, that's the first thing that comes to mind for me. He's without a doubt a very dirty player and a very good agitator, who definitely goes over the line quite a bit.

I guess you have a different view of what constitutes a dirty player. When a guy like Marchand wildly swings his stick at another players face like a baseball bat, then yeah I see that as dirty. I hate Sedin as well but the speed bagging his face was as dirty as it comes. Cannot make exceptions for one guy over the other.

The dive around 1:50 was especially pathetic.

The solution is easy. Call the dives and they'll stop. No mystery here.

Someone could make an 'embellishment city' video about every team in the league...the Bruins video highlights Marchand as a gutless POS, other than that, nothing you won't find on other teams.

Even Crosby embellished in round 1 on the Strait holding call, I don't consider him a diver, nor does anyone else.
