Boourns. I do think Chicago has a better chance than the other teams that are down 3-1 though.

Chicago deserved that loss. They looked brutal towards the end, particularly on the power play.

And on their way out of the playoffs are the Blackhawks. Just cannot see CHI winning three in a row against these Wings.

So much for the downswing for DET.

Awesome. Just means we pick one slot higher if Detroit can win one of the next 3 games.

Didn't see this one coming. I take the Wings every year to get far in the playoffs, and finally this year I didn't; now of course they're one game away from the Conference finals.

Makes sense...

Maybe the key is they didn't make any major moves all year long that caused them to change the lineup drastically. The key in a shorter season might just be to keep things as consistent as possible.

So if Detroit wins does our STL pick move up again?

I'm hoping for LA vs Detroit in the Conference finals and a Boston Vs LA finals.

Oh well, if the Wings can win once more that St-Louis pick moves up another slot. I'm very surprised, but happy surprised.

Haha, awesome!

Not a huge fan of the wings, but I hate the hawks.

I really want to see that. I could see it being as good as the St Louis/LA series.

yeah Detroit is the last chance for the flames to get a better pick. Might as well root for them to get to the conference finals.

If any team can come back from 1-3 it's the Hawks but their top players are going to have to play a lot better. If the Wings win this series it totally opens up the path for a California team in the finals again.

Yes, easiest way to remember it now is

If Detroit wins it moves up 1
If Rangers win it moves up 1
If Ottawa wins it moves up 1

Never thought this year's version of the wings would be anywhere near the third round of the playoffs, let alone one win from it.

So both the Sens and Rangers now have to pull of two of the greatest comebacks in NHL history.

I want to see a Regehr/Iginla final, but who knows at this point. Boston is playing well, as is SJ.
