Perhaps as a 5 minute a game goon but as a legit player he will have to work to make Abbotsford.

Add to that Makarov. If they make it and he plays a good game theres a good chance Saskatoon to win it.

Saskatoon was pretty lucky that game if they play in the finals I expect Halifax wins by 4-5 easily.

I understand that Saskatoon is the host and need all the help they can get but the reffing in this game is an embarrassment.

If he keeps getting 5 minor penalties every game, Ferland won't last too long as a pro.

Spoon with the big blast to knock Makarov's stick out of his hand and then the Hawks score.

I still don't think Rattie will be much at the NHL level.

Scumbags? Unlike Windsor or Portland they've never been caught giving inproper benefits to players. I worked very closely with the Hunters. They work hard and are unbelievable cheap. They aren't throwing money around like crazy. They get players to want to play there because they've put up more high picks than anyone since they've been there.
You can argue that the way they manipulate the draft is unethical and I agree but you're just throwing out baseless accusations.

They were scumbags while playing and scumbags as owners they "get" players by paying then and acting like they put high picks in the league with development.
Them, Kissio, Tiogo and others like them are what is wrong with junior hockey nowadays.

I'm sure there's a ton of teams out there paying guys under the table. It happens in a lot of junior leagues.
