Because the Leafs are a likeable team and the Bruins (and their scumbag fans) are not.

As mentioned before I think the Leafs media love is way overblown and the talk about the Bruins is much, much worse in my view. Boston fans in any sport are god awful and the Bruins team outside of maybe Bergeron and Hamilton are all pretty unlikeable.

Watching this game with that intense crowd shows me how bad and boring the Van-San Jose series was.

Leafs let off the gas. Just before the implode I was commenting on how wel they were skating...just stopped.

My pool is alive!! I know you all care but this is just great.

Feel bad for the Leafs but I'm watching at a friends house and his whole family are Leaf fans. The tears are kind of awesome.

I loathe the Leafs, but I think they're going to regroup and win this. I'll say Lupul with the winner.

It will be fun listening to many of the blowhards who said the Leafs would get whipped and had no chance in the series now rip them for getting to game 7 OT.

Leafs lose and they won't get a sniff of the Cup for forty years.

Wait, what?

Even going by probabilities I think the Leafs win. But wow if Toronto finds a way to blow this, the fans are going to go into a deep depression.

Well, we didn't know Gelinas was a Gelinas until he scored that 1st series winning goal. Other than that, he wasn't a dominant force out there or anything
