I didn't want to be the guy to say it on a Calgary Flames message board, but yea..... Iggy hasn't impressed me . I've never seen 2 guys as skilled as Geno / Iggy have ZERO chemistry... its kind of mind boggling
That being said, he looks great on PP / and really good with Jokinen
I really wish they'd just do Sid / Iggy... its clear that its not working with Geno..............

Nice to see the Isles fighting out there, would be cool to see them rejuvenate their fanbase with a 6 or 7 game series.

Canucks never traded him; Isles claimed him off waivers.

Vancouver traded him to Florida, as part of the Ballard deal.

he was:
On June 25, 2010, during the 2010 NHL Entry Draft, Grabner was traded, along with Steve Bernier and the Canucks first round choice in the draft, the twenty-fifth selection (used to select Quinton Howden) to the Florida Panthers for Keith Ballard and Victor Oreskovich.
Grabner attended the Panthers training camp, where it was expected he would compete for a position on the team, but failed to do so. On October 3, 2010, it was announced Grabner was placed on waivers by the Panthers, who intended to assign him to their AHL affiliate, the Rochester Americans. However he was claimed by the New York Islanders two days later.
EDIT: nvm, beaten twice.
