Eating fast food.

Seriously, it's possibly the worst thing you can ever do for your health and sometimes I just have to eat a baconator. It's stupid. I'm too old and too smart and have worked too hard on my health to keep doing this...but I just can't help myself.

that...and procrastinating. It really sucks the life out of me sometimes. It's a bad habit that started in my teen years and I've never really kicked it.

I really can't think of anything.

Are there things that I do that are "immature". Sure.
- I play my Nintendo DS on the bus.
- I wear pastel coloured clothes
- When in a light fluffy mood, I'll listen to pop music like Carley Rae Jepson and Serena Gomez mixed in with similar songs from my youth like Wham or Culture Club
- I'll take my bicycle empty parking lots on Sunday afternoons and do spins and slaloms . Or on stat holidays I'll go to a mall and see how fast I can go on the huge empty parking lot.

But I don't feel shame about any of these things. They are things that put me in a good mood and I'm not going to feel bad about doing any of them.

I am a candy addict at 42. I go into 7-11 and buy sour keys. It's ridiculous.

It's not that bad if it's an every once in awhile thing. Now, if you're doing it for lunch every day, that's an entirely different story.

Weight Watchers is arguably the most successful weight loss program, and even it allows for some cheating. that could be why it's so successful!

If your nails are long (relatively speaking) and healthy it would be hard to just bite off the nail. Mine are far from that.

Devil's A, I do those things too and don't feel any shame.
Sometimes I skip around the office. And usually some of the guys follow along.

I was playing some game on the bus, and got yelled at for having the volume on. I didn't even notice the driver was yelling at me. One of the other passengers finally said something really nasty to me...it's hilarious in retrospect.
I wasn't doing it intentionally. I just had a rough day and was enjoying my escape.

Procrastinate. I've got two tests this week I need to study for and tomorrow I have to submit an entire semester's worth of lab material which is currently half done. Oh and I should probably do my taxes.

You would think that someone who decided to go back to school after 4 years working an engineering job would manage his time better, but I guess that's never been my style.
