Of course, the NHL war room goofs up a call and that call decides a playoff race. I truly don't know why anyone supports this league - the sheer incompetence on display every night is staggering. Easily the worst officiating in professional sports.

The last time Chicago won the Presidents' Trophy, they were upset by an underdog Minnesota team. Food for thought.

The only justice in the world will be if the Flames win the lottery from the position the Oilers moved out of last night. If the opposite happens, Edmonton is burning to the ground.

In 17 previous draft lotteries, the team with the 6th best chance to win has never won the lottery. Every other position from 1 to 8 has won at least once. Number 6 is due.

Crap. I think the Hawks/Wild might be my least watched series now. I cant see it being that exciting. Another Kings/Canucks series will be a great one to watch if it happens.

Hmm... I want both St. Louis and Vancouver to lose so I want them both to play LA. Tough call.

At least Edmonton will get our scraps, instead of the other way around.

So Wild and BJ tied in points, however, Wild has more ROW wins. This system has to be scrapped. Technically, they are tied. Why doesn't the NHL implement the same rule as MLB, have a one game that decides who gets in? The way it is now, Wild must feel cheap to get in this way and Jackets feels ripped off. What if the Flames were the Jackets....it'll be a total MELTDOWN on this board. Don't know why the NHL has not implemented something like this already...C'mon Man!!!!

All the games tonight looked to go the Flames' way just long enough to be the worst when it finished.
