Piers saying on CNN he's heard the suspect was not read his miranda rights and the "experts" were basically insinuating that because of that they will "legally" be able to torture him for information, but wouldn't be able to use that information in his trial.

Did this season start at the bombing, or the start of the manhunt? Either way, this went on way too long, and they'll have to do that plot for the next season.

Thanks to all those relaying what was going on across the police scanners. Awesome insight into what was going on "behind the scenes"

Someone on the Justin TV feed posted a tweet saying the other suspect is now dead... not reliable I'd expect though.

Miranda rights can be administered at any time prior to interrogation. They very rarely read it on arrest like in the movies.

Home owner went out when lockdown lifted. Saw blood on the boat, lifted tarp and saw man covered with blood in boat. He retreated and then called police.

That home owner had some balls lifting that tarp.

7-11 wasn't robbed but rather the crime on camera was the car jacking by the two suspects. They then engaged the suspects.

I wonder if he was just hiding out on the boat all night long? I actually thought he might be hiding out in car, hoping no one would look there, but the boat worked too.

they tried to negotiate with him but he was non-communicative. No mention if that was because he was incapacitated or because he didn't want to talk...seemed the obvious question to ask but no one did.

helicopter IR camera picked up his heat signal in the boat and noticed the movement.

The boat was outside the perimeter they set up by about a block and so that property was not searched.

Confrimed suspect in serious condition when brought in.

Note...new video of a shootout with suspect #2 on CNN and at the end of gun fire exchange a bunch of "we got him"s. So it seems like he may have tried to go out in a last stand blaze of glory. (edit: video has been posted below by Clay Davis)

Must be, he's skinnier, and doesn't have a massive hole is his abdomen like his brother has.

Yes. It looks like he was still wearing the same hoodie from last night.

Crazy that he was outside the perimeter, had he known that he probably could have kept moving (assuming he was in good enough condition to keep moving at the time he reached the boat).

He was obviously in rough shape by the time he made it to the boat, otherwise he would have fled after the home owner found him. I'm amazed he stayed alive that long.
