EDIT 353: 8:16PM Apparently the downlink is the video - not the
scanner. I am just writing what I hear as quickly as possible and not filtering
what I hear. There are officers looking for help with keeping the population off
the streets.

i think it is possible that he has a scanner because when the police gave the all clear to Watertown he was spotted maybe 10 min later and the gunfire errupted.

Would just take a phone with the internet, so not unlikely and probably why they aren't happy with the police scanners being streamed.

I'm a bit confused as to what they're waiting for? Is it for this HRT (or whatever) team that people speculate are going to negotiate? They sound more like a destroy crew vs. a negotiate crew. I think those would be the guys you'd call in if suddenly there were 200 of these bombers on the loose. Not one guy hiding in a boat likely bleeding.
Link seems pretty boring right now. Not a lot going on.
