Yep, that is what I heard as well.

Sounds like they had the 1st guy alive but then he killed himself with an explosive and the 2nd guy may have a similar explosive on him

First guy is dead apparently due to an explosive that went off after he was in custody. They are on warning that the 2nd suspect may have the same.

I doubt it detonated if it was strapped to that suspect, we would've heard about that for sure (especially on the police scanners).

Guess I could be wrong though, this is all so friggen nuts, nothing makes sense.
