Great game. Hopefully with a training camp and a young team Hartley can get them playing like this night in night out.

Tanguay and maybe even Glencross detract from this style of play.

Picking 1st overall may not actually be the secret to success in the NHL.

It was a good win, loved the fans booing the oilers!

However, back to business and lose the next three

Don't forget about Backlund. He been our best forward since the fire sale, really stepping up. Should be good for 40-50 points if he can stay healthy next season.

That has to be the most satisfying win of the season. To basicly knock your rivals from the playoffs with a bunch of AHL calllups makes this win sooooo sweet!

Can someone please provide a link to Ched once they start taking phone calls? Walter, Verve, and Stang must be hanging on a ledge right now just waiting for someone giving them permission to jump.

Healy "They have the core they need to build around it" lol. Good luck building around a soft core with no D. They better pray they win the lottery and get Jones.

Haha, SI had the Oilers as the #1 team in the western conference (#3 team in the NHL) before the season.

Funnier than the last Louis CK special.

That was the suckiest performance in a BOA I've ever seen. Coilers let themselves down.

Great to see the future Flames perform so well. Brodie, Backs, Sven, Max & Horak are the new core of this team, and we didn't need 3 1st overall picks to build it.

As much as I'd love a top 3 pick I just love the feeling of beating the Oilers about a million times more.

Didn't see the game but it's always good to win! We may end up passing Edmonton in the standings, those guys are pathetic
