He's certainly not a great skater, but I wouldn't agree with your assessment. Especially the bolded part - his vision and hockey sense is probably the best part of his game.

Meant to add 'defensively'. Cervenka doesn't know where to be, which doesn't help when he's also slow as an ox. Maybe it's his health issues or homesickness, but I don't see much of a point hanging onto him.
