Default April 4, ten games!

A busy Thursday with every game and every team in the playoff hunt. For canadian viewers, it is Centre Ice night with no english games on national television. American viewers get to see a doubleheader on NHL Network USA.

1700h and at the end of the first period

Devils at Bruins is scoreless on NHL Network USA
Flyers at Leafs is 2-2, expect lots of goals this game

I
slanders at Capitals is 1-0 Washington
Lightning at Hurricanes is scoreless

The three
Southeast divsion teams in action have a good
chance
to catch the Jets as they have two or three games
in hand on the Jets.

1730h

at

It is already 1-0 Jets. The game is on RDS nationally in french
and can be seen in most of Canada in english on TSN Jets in
northwestern Ontario and in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nunavut,
and Northwest territories. It is also on TSN Habs from
eastern Ontario to Newfoundland.

Three teams in the Northwest division are in action and the Oilers are just five points back of the Wild and Oilers.
The Red Wings and Kings are in the middle of that dog pile of third through eighth place.

Ryder ties it for the Habs on the power play.

Jagr gets his first goal for Boston, 1-0 Bruins.

We want St Louis in the playoffs to get our 1st rounder. Oilers need to lose.

Islanders?

I assume this is a personal like for them. I know Washington is getting ahead of us but still a little bit of a concern for me.

Philly looks to be taking themselves out of the bottom 3 running.

Good so far for TB but as we have seen this year easy for crap teams to give that up in a heartbeat.

After two periods
The Bruins are hanging on to their 1-0 lead.
The Capitals are doing the same, 1-0 over the Islanders.

The Lightning lead 3-0 over the Hurricanes.
The Flyers lead 4-2 over the stinkin' Leafs. Go Flyers!

Other games
The Habs now lead 3-1 over the Jets midway through the second period.
The BJs and Predators are tied 0-0 after one period.
I think this will be a low scoring game.

The Islanders tie it at 1-1 with five minutes left in regulation time. Nabokov has stellar in net with some highlight saves.

The BJs lead Nashville 1-0 and Tampa is now up 5-0.
