pretty neat.
I'd like to see the trade call taped when one team is being totally taken advantage of. Dion deal for example.

"are you sure about this?"
"can we get a 2nd member of the organization to confirm"
"How much have you had to drink today..."

That's really cool, thanks for sharing.
Some people my find it dry, but I really enjoy getting a look at a GM's work behind the scenes.

Really cool video.
Would love to see some negotiation videos, but I know no one would ever release them.

Years ago they filmed part of negotiations between Domi and the Leafs when he was looking for an extension and you could tell he pretty much couldn't believe what they were offering and was practically laughing at them.

Semi related, Lawrence Gilman is one of the top young GM candidates around the league. Hope the Flames give him an interview in 4 months

The Flames never lost that Deal Dion is a Dumb hockey player and the Flames will then turn Stajan and Stepniak into draft picks so the 5 yr waiting period of all trades to see who truly won the deal will come at seasons end next year.

The Dallas guy sounds choked when Van asks for the medical examination, I would think that is normal.

yup
he's the Canucks asst. GM, VP of hockey ops, head of their amateur scouting, apparently their capologist, and does most of their contract negotiations, according to Pierre Lebrun
