Interesting how many of us bad mouth Sarich. I'm glad he'll get an opportunity to be in the playoff. Always liked him and his work ethic. I guess those teams that want him, see something that we've allowed our bias to miss. He's been an excellent Flame.

Must have to do with a subconscious thing. He did hoist the cup against us. I forgave just him when he threw that hit on Marleau. Dude has been a warrior most nights for us, hope he goes to a contender.

Love Sarich. Hopefully he gets an opportunity with a good team, and the Flames get something useful in return or him.
I really love the way Sarich plays, but IMO he's too darn slow. Hopefully the Flames are able to find a younger, more mobile version of him going forward.

In theory if Regehr can get u two 2nd's then Sarich should be able to get us at least a 3rd. Similar styles, both bring leadership, both went deep in a playoff run. I have a suspicion though that he gets dealt for a 4th

I know he's a long way away but I'd love to see Seiloff project to be a Sarich type player in his prime.

Staios got a 3rd and a prospect. Of course Sutter was mentally insane at the time.

Are you high? Aaron Johnson was definitely not a prospect.

Yeah, he wasn't the first to post a trade a few times in the last coupe of days. I bet his programmers are furiously working to program a patch.

He probably had to go back to 1992 to kill John Connor.

Sarich would be valuable to any playoff team looking for depth. Surprised their aren't more teams calling for him. This guy elevates his game to a whole new level in the post season and can throw game changing hits.

Sarich is a great guy and enjoyed playing in Calgary. He always worked hard and defended his teammates. He is great in the playoffs and when games get important down the stretch.
Whoever picks him up will have made a great acquisition. My guess is he returns a 3rd, but a 2nd wouldn't surprise me and he is worth it.

No idea who this is, but Feaster should be sainted if he can make this happen.

Ya, but this third is like a 4th...

@SportsnetSpec: #Flames D Cory Sarich has NMC, but like most in CGY, would waive to go just about anywhere. #TradeTracker
