To who ever said that we don't need Iggy threads.

This forum exists because mostly everyone is a Flames fan. This thread was made because nearly all or at least a lot of a posters here are Iggy fans also so this is bound to happen. Iggy in him self is kinda like a mini flame out there, he's giving us something to cheer for instead of just sullying around the flames.

FYI it feels like he's been MIA for a while now.

The pens announcer announcing the goal gave me goose bumps but then seconds later I felt really sad...man I miss him.

The pens looked like they were having fun in the first period trying to setup iggy for a goal. They were playing ok. No idea what happened in the 2nd and third.

Happy for Iggy - hope that he scores many more and that the Pens do well for the rest of the season.

Definitely a prototypical Iggy goal.

ya... ha ha! I have to say, it totally caught me off guard too hearing the 'home' announcer call an Iginla goal differently from Beasley. Another reminder he's gone, I guess.

Anyway, I thought he played well. Seemed to be one of the sharper Penguins tonight, and the chemistry between he and Malkin is already much better than it was Saturday.
