Then we will take Galenchuk, Collberg, Thrower, Bozon, Vail. Hudon, Nustrom, Beaulieu, Didier Archambault, Nygren, Dietz, Pribyl, Sullivan, Tinordi, MacMillan, Ellis, Gallagher & Westin. They can keep all their prospects drafted before that since I am feeling generous.

Bob McKenzie saying J BO is worth 2-3 times as Iggy is simply stupid. No he is not.
McKenzie has never really thought the world of Iginla anyways.
J BO is worth the same, meaning he could fetch a first round pick and a prospect or two IMO.
Hes not an exciting player to watch, but hes a top 4 who plays good minutes. This guy isnt going to score 20 goals or get 50 points. He is going to score 10 goals max and get yah 35 points. Not worth his huge contract either.

as of right now, given both players contracts/age/etc. Bouw is worth more.
Pitt gets Iggy for 15 games and the Playoffs.
____ gets bouw for 15 games and the playoffs and next season and the playoffs. They also get a defenseman in his prime playing some of his best hockey ever.
Bouw should get a much better return than a questionably late pick and 2 borderline prospects. Read: mid 1st, blue chip prospect, secondary prospect.

A 1st and a top prospect are the starting price for jay if the offers are less then we can hang on to him. No rush to trade the deal has to be right, he's still signed. The pressure is on the teams that need a "top" defenseman.

He is 6 yrs younger and a top pairing D on most, if not all, teams. His value in a trade is immensely more than what Jarome got.

Nelson would be a good addition. Big center with good speed and great stats as an AHL rookie. Do you know what else may have been involved in the deal coming back to Calgary?
