No, no he's not. He's barely worth anything. He has some of the worst stats in the entire NHL, has another year at a big cap hit, is refusing to report, has been regressing for a long time, and might retire at the end of this season.
Name one playoff team that would want to pay over 5m for a goalie who may not report, who also has the worst stats out of any starting goalie in the NHL
Kipper wouldn't even be claimed off waivers, let alone worth "more than a 2nd"
I am sorry, I cannot tale anyone with a handle like yours seriously.

He has the worst stats out of every single starting goalie in the entire league. The "he's not getting much help" doesn't fly, because the Columbus/Islanders/etc other team's goalies have save %'s above 900. Kipper has been terrible.
The only team who would want a rental goalie is a playoff team. And every single playoff team has a better goalie than Kipper, expect for maybe Toronto. That is the only team in the NHL who might give up an asset for Kipper. And with Luongo/Miller on the market, why would they want the worst starter in the NHL, who may not even play leaving them stuck with his cap?
Kipper would very easily clear waivers. Nobody would take him.
Name me a team outside the Islanders, Columbus is closing in on a playoff spot so I don't know why you included them.
No one wants Luongo because of his ridiculous contract (I know you're a Nucks fan but its the truth).
So let me get this straight, nobody would take him if he were on waivers, even the Toronto Maple Leafs who you just said might take him for e playoffs? Right.

Oh, and you know what Calgary is going through right now, your group of divers is about 3 years away. This year will be a first or second round exit. The year after you squeak in barely, and realize you have an aging untradable core. Then it is 5 years of 9th-11th misery, then the inevitable re build. And at that time Luuuuuuuuuuu will have about 34 years left on his contract. Good luck with that.
Get lost troll.

Any team would take Kipper on waivers, don't be silly.
I'd love for the Oilers to sign him after his contract is done in Calgary. Staying in the same province could be enticing to him.
Kipper's stats - .873 save %, 3.52 gaa
Bryzgalov, who is so bad he will probably be bought out - .902 save %, 2.77 gaa
Florida, the worst team in the NHL that is -37 - Markstrom .919 save %, 2.64 gaa
Theodore .893 save %, 3.29 gaa
There is not a single team in the NHL that would take the worst starting goalie in the entire NHL at a big cap hit, especially when he is refusing to report potentially leaving whoever claimed him on the hook for his cap for another year.

Kipper has zero value.
^ Fortunately for the Flames, NHL general managers aren't as one dimensional in their thinking as trollish message board posters named after hair pulling biters.
It's already been stated there has been interest in Kipper.
I say he's moved. Not that you'll be here to discuss it.

Yeah, because NHL Gm's are lining up to give up assets for the worst goalie in the NHL, at a massive cap hit, who might not even report leaving them handcuffed with over 5m in cap.

Considering it's already been reported there is interest, the answer is yes.
Once again, looking at such a small sample size in an injury riddled season is naive and short sited.
Typical.
You want to talk about an unappealing boat anchor of a contract for Swiss cheeze, have you been watching the Canucks-Oilers game tonight?

Your two goalies are giving him a run for his money tonight

There isn't any reported interest. There was an unsubstantiated rumor that back when Toronto was looking for a goalie, you know when they didn't think they'd make the playoffs, they inquired about Kipper. Nothing came of it.
This was long before he was refusing to report too. That just takes away any value he had at all, making him a liability. Which is why he'd clear waivers.
And for the record, Kipper is having a historically bad season. There hasn't been a starting goalie in the NHL in nearly 20 years that has finished with a save % below .880
Kiprusoff always rebounds from bad play. The scouts and GMs in the NHL know all about him. Somebody will be willing to take a chance on him but there isn't many teams that need to take that chance. The return will not be much. The window to trade him is also very small. He will be the guy who the Flames lose for nothing.

That's some great insider info for a troll.
Sorry, you have no idea what you're talking about. There has been wide speculation on the interest, to the point where the Flames spoke to his agent which is where the talk of him not willing to report surfaced.
Again, you're making an ignorant conclusion on a small sample size just to troll. And you're failing.

I don't understand why other fan bases come on here to troll, like do you really need the attention? Its really quite pathetic and you should just go back to your canucks board. How hasn't this clown been banned yet?

Uhhh, no. The comment from his agent came from the fact that everyone knows that Calgary is going to be selling off assets. Just because I want to sell pee in a bottle, doesn't mean there is any interest.
Supply/demand. There is zero demand. Kipper would clear through waivers very quickly.
