Agreed, playoffs are such a grind and having those stronger players in the line up with their experience is a great thing to have.

time will tell, I can't remember the last time a team made tons of late season deals and actually won

The entire team looked off. Iginla tried to throw a couple of checks. He didn't look all that great.
I think Crosby taking that puck to the chops deflated the Pens high.

We all think the Flames have had it bad, but this team has gone for 18 years without a first-round playoff win. And yet for some reason, there is still a hardcore group of fans of the team. That's one fan base that deserves some success.

Throw me in that group as well - Islanders are easily my number two team. Hoping they can finally turn the corner in the next year or two...

My former roommate was a Pens fan and we had Center Ice, so I'd have to listen to these guys a few times per week. They're terrible, but they grow on you. The one guy always gets stuck on one thought and repeats it over and over, so it's great for drinking games (I got so hammered one night by doing a shot every time he mentioned Dustin Byfuglien's weight) and the other guys constantly makes unintentionally sexual comments about the players.

Can we ban the next person who says Iginla is slow?
Corey Sarich is slow, babchuck is slow, Jackman is slow, if you think iginla is slow you clearly know nothing.

haha, alright that sounds hilarious. For this game though the Isles announcers have been treating me a lot better.

I was all for trading him, but seeing him on that bench is weird. Really weird.
