This isn't change. The went after Schultz as well. I think it is a long shot but worth an attempt.

You can bet that if they were still working on an Iginla trade that they wouldn't be going to meet this kid.

Flames have the same arguement for Dekeyser that the Oilers had for Shultz last year...

I thought Detroit was heavy favorite and with their defense situation they can offer him the Schultz option as well.

If you're an NCAA player apparently Jay Feaster wants you.

It would be huge for the team, but I HIGHLY doubt it is going to happen.
One thing they can offer him that most other teams can't, is that he would instantly be one of the most important prospects here, and probably would get playing time this year and a guarunteed roster spot next year.

Pretty soon you'll need a Masters just to play on this team.

His agent is Don Meehan, we jus traded Meehan's biggest client but did the best for him.

and while they're there, they might talk to the Leafs about either Kipper/Cammy or someone else.... could be a win win win situation!

You get to have The Kaiser on your team and wear funny WW1 helmets. That's worth like a 1st round pick alone.

Seriously, that would redeem Feaster in my eyes.
