Yep people will continue to call for Feaster's head on a pike, and the rest of the buffoons running this team will keep spraying on the teflon.

It'll all come out in the wash but it's looking like the package to acquire Morrow is better than the rumoured Iginla package.

If you were to take a step back and look at it from a non-flames-fan perspective you could rationalize a reason for that fairly easily.

I was hoping for 3 good pieces - 1 'really good' prospect, 1 first, and one 'decent' prospect (and perhaps some deadweight back). Seems there is only one good component from this trade thus far reported.

I actually like Khokhlochev. I was hoping he would be included in the Bruins trade. Seems to be a very dynamic player, though I am not a fan of him being an undersized center.

Bartowski - shocked it was this much of a 'lesser prospect'... turning 25 soon, so I wouldn't anticipate that much more growth in his game, though I am hopeful..

Conditional first? CONDITIONAL?? Are you kidding me?

Before I get my pitchfork sharpened up, I will wait to hear the 'official' trade report. However, this is not a good feeling at all thus far.

P.S. - What is Feaster's fixation on undersized players???

So you think this is just a really bad deal and other teams were offering better ones?

This can't be right. There has to be more to this. Not even Feaster and friends could be this daft. They'd have to be lunatics to think they could sell a conditional 1st to this fanbase. Jeezus, they will be run out of town if this is true.

How can you possibly rationalize that...from any perspective?

The Fan needs to to stop talking about the pointless win over the only team in the conference worse than the Flames that only serves to give you a worse draft selection.

Talk about Jarome Iginla being traded.

Feaster wanted a lot for Iginla. Penguins didn't want to pay it, so jumped on their second option for cheaper. As a result, Feaster needed to lower his asking price.

There. The Penguins may still value Iginla more than Morrow. Disputed. We're people on a message board; we don't know the truth of the matter. To say its indisputable is asinine on your behalf.

Could you imagine if the ROR fiasco cost us our 1st and 3rd round picks for nothing, on top of this?

Man alive, even the paper bags will need paper bags soon.
