Whatever happens i wish we could know what all the teams offered to see what we turned down vs. what we accepted. That would be awesome as a hockey fan.

I know we all talked about it for years now, but it's finally happening. I feel sick to my stomach and I will probably puke at some point.
20 years from now we will all remember where we were when the Iggy trade went down.

I'd take 12 PIM a year from Marchand just for that.

My best iginla goal memory for Calgary is against vancouver where Leopold gives him the slap pass right in front of the net and he takes it on the forehand, pivoted and fires it home with a surprising amount of velocity considering he is being cross checked off his feet.
There was another one against Columbus of all teams where iginla dominated the puck behind the net out to the corner, got the puck back and drove along the goal line all the way through the blue paint. Adam Foote, slow to react to the power of iginla, high sticks him violently in the visor, nearly knocking iginlas helmet off, but iginla barely flinches, driving hard and jamming the puck 5-hole.
That was a great goal.

I don't usually bring my smartphone to the game. This is an exception.

Hearing now that Iginla has left Saddledome and does not plan to return tonight. It would be a circus here if he did.

Come on Feaster... drive the price up. Waiting for that third party to come in off the radar and win the bidding war.

My favorite goal of his was against Tampa in game 1 where he shot it over the net, skated to the puck behind the net and then rapped it in . Such a beauty. Paging AC!
