I am so hopeful that the rumours are true and the Flames don't want picks and prospect but NHL ready talent to supplement this great group of players that are just a player or two away from being a contender. Absolutely no good reason at all to blow up this team.
100% truth, assuming those players are Crosby, and either Malkin or Stamkos.

Um...Phoenix is one of the best run organizations in sports. Florida made the playoffs last year. Islanders are a joke but they are outperforming the Flames by a wide margin this year. Hardly hyperbole. The only other organization that is as big of a joke as the Flames are right now is Buffalo.
If your definition of a wide margin is 3 points with the Flames having 2 games in hand.

He's right, what they can do with nothing, we cant do with everything. Sure no owner and no fans, but in terms of hockey operations, the last 4 years they've been a hell of a lot better than us.

Once again, we finally show up after letting in 4 goals, was a great finish to the period, but c'mon, it's pathetic that they continue to have so many huge defensive mistakes every single game. Is it cloutier that is in charge if the defense? Because he is not doing his job if it is.
Pfft. Screw you guys, leaving Kipper out to dry like this. What terrible teammates, honestly. In supposedly their "biggest" road game of the year for which it was known all around that defense and hard work would be most key, This is the kind of work ethic and passion they have to show for it?! Pitiful.
This kind of output is exactly what the team needs to be rid of. Unless they can pull their pants up fast, I say bring on the trades and our top 3 pick in June.
I'm tired of this. Only we would make the Preds' horrid offense look this good.
