No he's the guy that accidentally collided with Crosby which resulted in an undiagnosed concussion and mismanagement by the penguins medical staff.

He is good on faceoffs and can play solid minutes (albeit low minutes). Doesn't hurt to have for a team making a push in the playoffs.
