Brandon is an absolute nut. I really enjoyed Russel (one of my favorites) but Brandon.. My god that kid needs help.

I feel bad for Phillip of all people, as Brandon being allowed to vent in front of the other tribe sort of ruins Phillip's game going forward. I remember when Rob tried to talk to Lex in All-Stars Jeff quickly shut that down, yet this time Jeff had no issues letting Brandon spew all his crap in front of everyone else.

In addition to that, maybe it's the editing, but I don't really see what Phil actually did wrong to Brandon. Did he maybe talk down to him a bit? Sure, but nothing too harsh. And with how well he has done in many of the challenges (including today's), Phil has every right to be proud of his accomplishments. He acted like the bigger man when Brandon went off and just walked away, and didn't even talk back to Brandon until Jeff asked for his response. Brandon is just a complete wacko, who needed to go.

I didn't like Phillip at all his first go around, but he has really grown on me this season. Outside of Malcolm he is my favorite to win at all.

Oh and Brandon was also dead wrong about the others not wanting to be in Stealth R Us; sure it might be a stupid thing for the "cool kids" in the tribe, but a couple episodes back they all wanted a part of it. It also helps in unifying the tribe in a small way, and can calm things down at camp you'd think.

Russell could probably have been one of the best players in the game if he had a handle on some social skills. but he was smart and had an edge of crazy unpredictable.

Brandon's just a moron, he almost sounded like a crazy small town priest. when he was bragging about being the architect of his own exit and then did the spit thing the only thing I could think was man this guy is probably unemployable.

Brandon has some serious issues. I understand his insane outbursts makes for good TV but that went way too far.

His third time in the game and he still doesn't understand the game or maybe doesn't understand that it is a game. There is always a personal side of course but he is just too much.

Right from the beginning with him not being able to deal with his own inner demons for having the hots for Mikayla to now with this outburst it is clear to me he should not have been brought back the second time let alone a third. Socially deranged makes too good a reality TV show I guess.

This is actually only Brandon's second attempt at Survivor, Russell is the Hantz that had three. Also don't forget that another Hantz cousin (Willie) was pulled from Big Brother for a similar outburst this season. That family just has issues in general.

I wonder if the producers will ever try and get Russell back for a forth attempt? There's no way he'd win, but at least he can behave for a full season, and brings in viewers.

It Russell actually a self made millionaire, or is that just a bunch of BS? It has to be with that family's attitude problems.

I still have to watch the episode, but my thought on Brandon coming back was that i suspect there was relentless ridicule once he got home.

His uncle has a whole career now over being a jerk on tv. Most memorable reality tv star of the last decade. Appearance fees, reality tv shows, amd more because he was a jerk.

Juxtapose that with Brandon who tried to be a nice guy, and ended up being another also ran. His opportunities will pale in comparison to what Russell's are. Having lived with that realization, him coming back and wanting or being encouraged to be the bad guy or more extreme to become memorable is not a surprise.

I think Russell pretty plainly stated that he would never go back on the show, for the most part because everyone understands his game and he couldn't play it the same way.

Didn't he win cars or something in both shows in the fan voted best player poll

Whoops for some reason I thought he was on one with Russell. Maybe that was just a rumour I read way back.

Either way at least Russell played it like the game it is. He just went too far and forgot that there is still a personal side to the game and not all logic and that although he played the game masterfully everyone hated him lol.

Brandon is all emotion. He plays with no logic and everything is personal to him. The Hantz family has either found that acting all crazy and evil is the ticket to reality fame and is playing it with the best of them or just have the crazy gene in the family.
