I guarantee you at the end of the year the NW division winner will have more points than the 8th seed, so no it won't be.

He was unsuccessful playing against high end caliber guys in the NHL.

The KHL is two leagues below the NHL.

He's a wonderful player for the swiss league, the KHL, maybe the czech league or SM Liga.

I didn't think he was any better than Baertschi and may have been worse depending on your point of view.
