Didn't see any of the first half, who was the better side?

Robben and Kroos with 2 near misses to start the 2nd half

Arsenal are either playing like they go through with a 1-0 win or they want the moral victory

Shades of Milan...close, but no cigar.

I will say that I'm only getting glimpses of the game but it seems like Bayern are not playing well.

They're not playing that badly they're just not taking any chances or spending a lot of energy with their big lead.

Bayern is collapsing here.

How Arsenal doesn't get carded for jumping on Neuer is beyond me

Edit: looks like one did get a card

Bayern was the better side most of the second half, many near misses. They packed it in with 15 minutes left and credit to Arsenal, they nearly took advantage.

Arteta should give up his captains band out of shame. 3 fouls committed in the 3 minutes of extra time.

Bayern moves on!

Damn. Arteta cost us any chance of having a good shot in the last few minutes.

Good for the Gunners to tie it up in aggregate scoring though.
On to facing Swansea over the weekend.

wasn't that bad Locke, Bayern had 21 goal attempts, just couldn't put it away.

On the bright side, Bayern Munich is my second favorite team from Europe. So atleast it was to Bayern that we lost.

Thats still bad. The Arsenal homers right now are remonstrating about how badly Bayern played.

The fact of the matter is that Bayern showed up to get a draw and go through and it came down to the skin of their teeth. If "Bundesliga Bayern' had shown up today they'd have torn Arsenal apart just like they did at the Emirates.

Neuer should have been booked for deliberate time wasting acting like a Swansea ball boy in the back of the net.

3 minutes of added time? The absolutely useless Robben spent that amount on his own rolling around not to mention the 2nd was one big foulfest.

I was going to say that if Bayern had blown this then it would have been one of the biggest choke jobs in recent memory then I remembered it was Bayern ........
