Ugh. Darryl Sutter and the Kings, a team of hulking neanderthals that will blindly follow orders .. they're like a match made in ####ing heaven.
What I don't understand is how Dallas came in there before us and put 5 goals in to take a win. The Flames have been able to shut down Dallas this season.. But it's like there isn't even an inch of space in the center of the ice for us to shoot. Strange the way these things work with different team match ups.
All I know is that if there were any time to come out and stick it to everyone who's pounced on this team over the past couple days.. it's right now. They need to find LA's weak spot. Expose them with speed maybe? The Kings do skate like a seniors club out there, why do we need to play at the same pace?
I'm partly glad that this team may get enough of a push from all this to do the right thing and move the captain / other pieces, but at the same time it grinds my gears to hear all these nobodies ripping on my team at will now. I'm still a proud fan, and despite how things are and how it might be for the better in a way, part of me still wants them to come out and stick it to all of them. Shut them up for the sake of the fans and for the sake of the flaming C.
Man, #### all the rest of the 29 teams and the doubters. 15th place or not this is my team, and I'm proud enough that I'll never cheer for a loss.
