You are having terrible luck. It feels like I've been playing non-stop since the first few days of the server mess. I don't know how accurate those "Time Played" counters are but it's embarrassing on my end.

I've had the best luck on Oceanic 2. Never seems full and only had one disconnect since Thursday and it was because they had to turn the server off to do more upgrades to it.

Me and my buddy have cities in NAW1. It's been down all day due to "server upgrades", according to the official forum.

Edit: They now say NAW1 and NAW2 should be up as of about 40 mins ago.

At least that was the assumption I got, because if you consider Dragon Age, Dead Space or Mass Effect to now be bad, but before had been good, I don't see how you could pin that on EA when they published all games in their respective franchises, which they did not do for Burnout, Need For Speed, SimCity, or Command And Conquer.

EDIT: On that note, I thought Burnout Paradise was a fun direction for the game (though sometimes I miss pointless smashing). It was hardly a killing blow to the series.

EA didn't merge Bioware with Mythic until after DA was released.

I am wondering it maybe my internet is too slow. I did the Shaw speed test, and I run wifi:

Ping - 30
Download - 6.48 Mbps
Upload - 0.41 Mbps

Could this be a reason I'm having so much trouble lately?

What sort of error are you getting dude? I personally know about 5 people that play this game, and aside from Region play lag and the occasional issue, things are working now.

Anyone know when I 'volunteer' a vehicle like fire/police to another city does it keep the vehicle in that new city or only come when needed?

No errors, just extremely choppy gameplay. And it's certainly not my specs as I've been able to play problem free periodically.

That doesn't seem slow enough to impact the game, what plan are you on? If it's the High Speed 10, that's about right.

Might be worth trying to run a SimCity Recovery fromt he Start menu if nothing else is working?

Alright I did the restore, and it didn't work. How do I contact Simcity's people? I have to see if they have suggestions for me because this game has for some reason become totally unplayable for me.

Pretty disappointed with the game overall, not talking about server issues
-Cities are way too small
-Its far too streamlined, simplified...you just kinda sit there
-Resources are really the only thing you need to do to make -money(Oil->Refinery->fuel. Problem is that takes up 25% of your city

GERMS?...regardless of hospitals/wellness centers

As I maxed out my city, I sat there and struggled to find any further reason to play(5 million in the bank, every slot filled)

Would like that 60$ back
