Will Iggy reach 30 goals, and continue his streak?

Iginla is on pace for around 20 goals this season, that's including his slow start. So will he hit 30 in 48? With the pace he's playing with now.. easily. Can he keep it up, and will he?

I think he will. He's one of the most consistent players in NHL history and right now with his team playing pretty well and he himself playing great, I think we see him reach the 30 goal mark.

I don't think he'll get to 30 but I do hope he gets to 20.

As I posted in another thread, he's currently on pace for 27 goals on an 82 game season.

He's on pace for 16 this year but I think he'll get to 18, maybe even 20.

He will end with 20 goals in the shortened season. Sucks that his streak is ended thanks to the lockout.

I honestly see a 600+ goal scorer in him. And 1300+ points.

Because of the two lockouts he probably missed out on 50/60 goals.

If he does score 30 goals this season, he will be 28th all time in regular season goal scoring just ahead of Rocket Richard (544).
Every other goal he scores these days sees him go up a rank.

For him to hit 30 goals, he has to score .8 goals a game. Seems unlikely, but I don't think anyone predicted him to get 11 30+ goal seasons in a row when we traded for him.
