Since I've gotten NHL gamecentre and can listen to the away broadcasters, I'm amazed at how bad rob Kerr is. He's a great person I'm sure, he knows his hockey and he loves the flames but that doesn't make him good play by play guy.

Flames go 4-1-1 in the last six, Kipper is back, Flames are fun to watch again.
Kerr is now good.

I have met him and spent a couple hours with him eating lunch together. He is the biggest hockey need I have ever met, he loves the flames more than anyone I know. He is like one of us, obsessed with our team and I am happy he is the commentator. Imagine him and loubarious together? That would be hilarious.

I am still on the fence about Kerr, but that "Heee's Baaaack" call after Kipper made that huge save was perfect.

It was well done although the delivery was kind of akward as his pitch gets high when he's excited.

I've started to like him. That's "Heeeeee's Baaaaaaaaaak" was great.
Reminds me a bit of Ed Whalen. Who also tended to make mistakes.
"He's going in! Fleurendyk with the shot! WHO IS THAT?"
They definitely need to sync the audio better.
