Who is #27 on the Canes... trying to play the puck like that. Flimsy little poke check attempt.

That was a bit of a fail for Staal too.

Very nice. Kinda like Malkin did a couple years ago, only he's probably a foot shorter.

They were up 4-2 and on the PP with 1:30 left; I suspect the Carolina players were basically sleepwalking on that shift.

Not to take away from what was a nice goal.

I think Eric Fehr may have just scored it in OT actually.

Almost a carbon copy of this goal by Lemieux:

Edit: Fehr's was actually nicer. He did it with more speed and stick-handled his way through the two defencemen first.

Hodgson's was a great individual effort.

Fehr's was just pure beast mode. Getting bumped off the puck in the air and still whips it past the glove.
