No kidding.
He'd be an idiot not to, but it might make things too easy for the show to be dramatic enough haha.

Or Morgan can just show up grenades blazing at the end.

Great episodes top to bottom. Good quality acting too. It appears they were given more direction then "get mad and scowl!". It's a shame Morgan didn't go with them, I hope he shows up again. Morgan yelling at Rick about the walkie talkie was great. This show needs more great acting and less angry scowls, which they've even had Glen do lately.
How bad ass was that ending, backing up to get the back pack of the guy on road they didn't save.

Good episode. They need a season on the run. Far more interesting than being holed up in a prison or a farm for a dozen episodes.
Also this show really lacks acting skills. The actor playing Morgan did a great job. This series needs more characters like him.

Agreed with everything said thus far, probably my favorite episode of the series. That dude is a great actor, loved him in Snatch. I hope he shows up again as well. This show lacks dynamic characters, and I think he would make up for a lot of that issue. For a second there I thought he would go because of Michonne, or maybe she would stay with him, but I guess that wouldn't make a lot of sense.
Also the first thing I thought was how great it was to have a cutaway episode for 3 of the better characters without barely mentioning anyone in the town or the prison. They didn't even mention any of their names, or what Rick's plan is.
Just the perfect episode, that probably could have been some throwaway filler episode if they had gone in another direction. I hope they leave the prison next season and have another season of them on the road, as that usually makes for more compelling television.

If Karl wanted a picture of his mom why didn't he just go back to his house where there would prob be less than 30 zombies......
I thought that was were he was going when he walked past the baby store.

I thought he noticed on Morgan's map of the neighbourhood that "rick's house" and "burned down" were right beside each other.

Yup, he even commented 'it's not there anymore', and that's when his dad said, 'is that why you wanted to come?'
Plus, the pictures were already taken if you remember. Lori took them when her and Karl left the house before Rick got out of the coma. If you remember, Rick noticed that and told Morgan he believed they were alive because the pictures were gone.
Though, that does bring up the question of what Lori did with them, and how they should have been able to get some from that batch. Probably a tiny mistake on the part of the writers, though it would be easy enough to explain away. They have moved around a lot.

Real solid episode, and shows you can still have a good episode in one of the 'building' ones.
Was waiting for Morgan to return, I knew he had too, they just showed too much of Rick trying to get in touch with him to have it be a dead end. Wonder if we'll see him again. I don't know if we will, though like everyone here, I'd love to.
Felt bad for the backpacker though I knew something like that was going to happen to him. Even thought they might take his stuff.

Probably the best episode since the start of the season, before they got all involved with the Woodbury junk. They really need to tie up that story, it just isn't compelling or interesting at all anymore.

I really don't want Morgan to be a part of their group in prison. Morgan is awesome in little doses and in his own world away from conflicts.

Same.
It sort of lowered Rick on my respect levels, but I understand why they didn't help him, too many crazies out there. But taking his stuff, ugh.
It's definitely starting to add another dynamic to the show

I get the feeling that last nights episode was directed or produced by someone else/new?
Is this true? The tone just seemed different.. I thought it was very well done and one of my favourites of the season so far. Got a lot of relationship development between Michonne and Rick/Carl... as well as a link into possible future Morgan coming around to sanity.
This episode is proof that you can accomplish something in an episode besides just "progressing the story line."

The guy who is taking over for Glen Mazzara as show runner is credited with writing last nights episode.

We may see Morgan again as Rick told them they were in the prison, so he can either show up in the final battle or just as they win and are driving away so he can yell, "Damn it you left me alone again!"

hhaaha. this show is like the Flames. Just when you want to jump ship they pull you back!
Maybe they can just nuke Woodbury and move on.

It's a shame how badly they've messed up the whole Woodbury thing. Hopefully they can redeem it at some point but the whole thing seems forced. They've done a poor job of transferring some comic storylines and characters to TV.
You've got a cool black chick running around with a sword and two zombies, that reveal last season was amazing. They kill off her Zombie friends almost immediately and she never looks cool with that sword! Look at last night, she's walking around with a sword and it's awkwardly wrapped around her shoulder, looking all sloppy. There are so many simple things this should could do to improve it.
