I maintain that Don Cherry died years ago and the person they us for HNIC is either some sort of automaton robot, or Glenn Healy wearing a Don Cherry bodysuit.

Going to shootout...incredible goaltending by Howard and Craw all game long!

I wonder what sort of contract Brunner will be looking for in the off-season. Assuming he holds no loyalty towards the Wings, I wouldn't mind the Flames taking a run at him. We need someone who can actually score in shootouts, and he would look good on a line with Hudler.

This 'Hawk fan aged a year during this game...early dominance with puck, Howard stoned them...heavy legs late, Detroit takes over...and Crawford only gives up one due to wretched Defensive coverage from Leddy, Rozival and Carcillo, who had poor position on the back check...then the 'Hawks flex puck dominance again and force a delay of game, panic clear...sloppy clearances by the Wings lead to a Stalberg strip to Kane to tie...whew...I am exhausted just watching...

No chance he doesn't sign with the Wings.

Ugh, two perfect storms today. One's outside, and the other one ruins my pool. One minute away from a Howard SO and the win ends up going to my opposition this week who has Crawford, naturally. And I don't even get an assist by Sharp on the Kane goal. Wasn't that his point shot?

In his first game back, O'Reilly is playing the point on the Avs PP

O'Reilly with an own-goal, which ties the game at 1 and ends the shutout for Varlomov in my fantasy pool.
Starting to hate this O'Reilly kid.
