Do you really need to ask that question?
It's the Calgary Flames.

Sad... very very sad. Blowing a 3 goal lead in a very winnable game through lack of effort and no attention to detail. Don't know what else to say after a game like this except a;sgdlkhoewiquporiqw!!!!!!

Don't you do that to me Ashasx.
Do not do it!
If we have a chance to draft Lindholm and we don't, or trade down, I will weep like a baby.

Only FLA, WSH, BUF, and CBJ are worse than the flames.
I hope Feaster doesn't do something stupid with that pick.

I believe in the Pony Power
|
Rebound control or lack thereof was the story of this game. Which isn't to excuse the rest of the team for blowing the lead but the last 2 goals should not have been let in if the tender had any rebound control.

Lack of skill isn't the issue. They scored four times tonight and would have scored a bunch more if they continued playing after the first period. It is mental toughness that continues to plague this organization. The brilliant GM has also stripped away all physical toughness but at least he brought in a guy who can play 2 minutes a night and fight because now this is addressed according this brilliant interview during the second intermission.

no offense bro, but that's what crappy teams do... they lose games.
as the cliche goes, "close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades".
Flames are not close and haven't been for 3 years.

The 3rd goal was soft play from Brodie to let Landeskog go right to the net, the 4th a rebound that went right off of Stasnys skate with, and 5th may have been offside. 2nd goal was Sven pushed around and down by the goal scorer Jones. Fell apart quickly but i wouldnt blame the forwards for the defense on those goals outside of Sven. Some bad luck there some soft defensive play and some average goaltending.

going nowhere fast.
3-0 lead then come back to make it 4-2
Iggy scores twice, the Flames win these games.
Nope implosion.
Gio Jio Jordano or whatever the eff he wants to call himself was a tool tonight along with Glencross.
