They're looking for a company to that can handle their servers, VOIP, hardware tech support, Blackberry server, etc. They're a medium size property management company with 20-30 employees.
Any recommendations from the CP faithful?
They don't want a "one man operation" as they've had bad experiences in the past when that person goes on vacation and doesn't have a backup.
